Woodsedge Tree Farm

About Our Christmas Tree Farm

Woodsedge Tree Farm includes 75 acres of fields, forests, wetlands and streams in the scenic Skylands of central Warren County. Many species of wildlife abound on the farm. Our farm was permanently preserved by the NJ State Agricultural Development Committee and the Ridge & Valley Conservancy in 2006.

In 2004 Christmas tree planting began. We now have about 6 acres of trees in various stages of growth. 2017 marks our eighth year for sales. We have about 500 trees available in the 5'-10' size range. We will have 3 fields open for "choose & cut" sales.

We have "tree wheelers" available for you to bring your tree back to the barn or we can ferry it for you with our utility vehicle. We have added a tree drill and now sell pin-type stands for a perfectly straight tree. We now have a "tree shaker" which will shake off any dead needles, grass or bugs and ensure you have a clean tree to bring into your home. We shake, drill and bale your tree at no added cost.

Well behaved pets are welcome. Please keep your dog on a leash and clean up after your dog.

Tree species that we have for "Choose & Cut" in 2017 include Douglas Fir, Canaan Fir, Concolor Fir, Norway Spruce, Colorado Blue Spruce and White Pine.   SOLD OUT

New this year! Fresh cut Fraser fir available from 7' to 8'. These trees are cut fresh every week from a local farm in Pennsylvania.  SOLD OUT

We again will have some handmade wooden crafts all made from trees from our farm. Choose from birdhouses, wood ornaments, cutting boards and wood bowls. We will have raw honey from our bees and homemade beeswax soap for sale.

We provide free hot chocolate, hot cider and cookies in the Christmas Barn while you warm up by the wood stove.
